Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions
Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks
Restock, organize, and rotate dry, refrigerated, and frozen products to maintain visual appeal and availability
Package, label, and price self-service items accurately
Operate pallet jacks and carts to transport products from storage areas to the sales floor
Assist with other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and reading skills
Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude
A passion for serving people
Preferred
Prior grocery, retail, or food industry experience preferred
