Own strategy through delivery for production workloads
Champion observability‑first leadership and guide executives and engineering teams to resilient, compliant, and operable outcomes
Define the target state (org, platform, controls) and build the migration/run roadmap
Coach teams to adopt modern cloud operating models rooted in measurable SLOs, transparency of telemetry, and continuous improvement
