Continue growing a diverse book of commercial E&S business
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail agencies
Drive revenue and not just take orders
Travel approximately 25% for agency and carrier meetings and industry conferences
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of excess & surplus underwriting experience in the Commercial space
Strong relationships with retail agencies in their respective area
Experience with binding markets
Proven ability to drive revenue - not just take orders
Willingness to travel approximately 25% for agency and carrier meetings, as well as industry conferences
Candidates must be based in Southeastern states (TN, AL, NC, SC)
Preferred
A P&C and Surplus Lines license in your home state
Seasoned experience leading teams and driving revenue
