The Villages of Indiana is Indiana’s largest private non-profit provider of Child and Family services. They are seeking a Director of Grants and Proposals to lead grant seeking efforts, manage proposals and grant reports, and ensure compliance with funding requirements.

Responsibilities
Lead and own grants and the grant process for The Villages of Indiana
Draft, edit, and submit grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and grant applications
Lead, engage, and facilitate collaboration with teams both internal and external to the organization in the writing of grant proposals
Oversee multiple grant deadlines, submissions, and reporting simultaneously
Partner with leaders and program teams to ensure grants align with funding strategies and organization priorities, mission, and vision
Conduct research, collaborate cross-departmentally, and develop connections with external stakeholders to seek additional funding sources to support, expand, and develop the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Human Services, or a related field
Four (4) years grant writing and administration experience
