Regional Sales Manager – Cybersecurity (US | Fully Remote)
Edison Smart® is a fast-growing cybersecurity vendor that is redefining how organizations manage their digital risk. They are seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business growth across the SME and lower mid-market segments in the United States, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding their footprint in key verticals such as government and insurance.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close across new logo SME and mid-market accounts
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and targeted account development
Engage with CISOs, security leaders, IT directors, and senior stakeholders to uncover risk, pain points, and buying intent
Effectively articulate the value of exposure management, threat intelligence, and attack surface visibility
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineering and Marketing to accelerate deal velocity
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting using CRM tools
Stay informed on market trends, competitor positioning, and evolving customer requirements
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of B2B technology or cybersecurity sales experience
Proven success closing net-new business in SME or mid-market environments
Experience selling cybersecurity solutions such as exposure management, attack surface management, threat intelligence, or adjacent platforms
Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline independently
Comfortable selling into regulated industries such as government or insurance
Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, accountable, and able to operate effectively in a fully remote environment
Preferred
Experience working with or selling alongside MSSPs is highly advantageous
