$55K/yr - $75K/yrPaint2Last is a fast-growing residential and light commercial painting company serving Miami and Broward County. They are seeking a Project Manager who will lead painting projects, ensure job-site readiness, and maintain clear communication with clients and crews.
Responsibilities
Manage active residential and light commercial painting projects
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during production
Coordinate schedules, crews, and subcontractors to keep jobs on track
Ensure job-site readiness, cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
Communicate daily updates and expectations to customers
Help resolve issues or complaints quickly and professionally
Track progress, photos, notes, and updates in the CRM
Support final walkthroughs and job close-outs
Assist with materials coordination and basic job planning
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English and Spanish required to communicate with clients and crews
Strong people skills and customer-service mindset
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in the field and driving between job sites
Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow into senior responsibility
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Preferred
Prior experience in painting, construction, or field operations is a plus, but not required if you bring the right attitude and work ethic
