The Development Associate position focuses on capacity building through crowd-funding initiatives, data analysis, grant writing, and supporting fundraising efforts to diversify funding streams.

Responsibilities

Capacity building through special projects such as crowd-funding initiatives, Cyber Giving Campaigns, as well as data analysis, grant writing, and research
Work closely with the ED, supporting the fundraising efforts to diversify funding streams and identify new funding sources
Participate in the entire process from researching potential sources, preparing proposals, compiling needed information, and submitting proposals
Ensure grant policies and procedures are in place, a viable annual grant calendar, a target foundation list, and proposals to use as a model for future funding requests
