Qualification
Required
Heavy Industry Field Service Technician able to perform role based in Virginia but able to assist in North and South Carolina or where business need is required
Technician will be responsible for executing field service maintenance activities on Reverse Osmosis and ancillary water treatment equipment at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner
This role includes system data collection, troubleshooting, work with mechanical and some electrical components, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance on larger equipment, with computer skills for parts ordering and data entries
Service Technician needs to be able to identify and remedy service related concerns along with safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment)
Has direct interfacing with customer and potentially works at multiple sites / with multiple technologies
Critical thinking in this role is a critical item

Must be able to function in a team environment
Computer skills a must
Travel daily to customer sites
Willing to obtain Class B driver license
HS diploma or equivalent
Able to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen
Clean driving record
Able to work without direct supervision
Must have customer service experience
Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
Preferred
CDL B preferred but not required
0 to 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
Electrical, mechanical, plumbing on large equipment preferred
Troubleshooting and industrial maintenance experience a PLUS
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel), laptops and other smart devices
