Responsibilities
Respond quickly and professionally to incoming sales leads
Engage with new and returning customers to recommend the right lawn care services and solutions
Build customer relationships and follow up to support satisfaction and retention
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and KPIs
Maintain accurate customer notes and records in Real Green software
Work independently while receiving ongoing coaching and support
Collaborate with team members to ensure every customer receives exceptional service
Qualification
Required
