Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Provide coaching and performance management, helping team members develop career paths and strengthen their skills in business analysis and Agile delivery
Oversee requirements gathering, documentation, and translation of business needs into technical solutions across multiple data and BI initiatives
Drive adoption of Agile best practices and ensure consistent delivery approaches across teams
Act as an escalation point for project issues, scope alignment, and cross-functional dependencies
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time
Standardize and continuously improve BA and Scrum Master processes, templates, and tool usage
Balance team capacity and prioritize work to focus on the highest-value initiatives
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and career development within the BA and Scrum Master community
Qualification
Required
8+ years in business analysis, Agile delivery, and/or data-focused project management, including 3+ years of direct people management
Proven success leading Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) and scaling Agile practices across multiple initiatives
Solid understanding of data engineering, BI, and analytics ecosystems
Experience mentoring and developing talent, with a passion for building team capabilities
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; relevant certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, CBAP) a plus
