Responsibilities
Representing developers
Assisting clients with joint venture agreements and more advanced corporate organizational documents
Advising on appropriate venture fund structures and tax implications
Handling buy-sell transactions for businesses
Experience with subscription agreements, PPMs, and OMs for developers that are developing capital is also required
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with corporate and/or tax matters
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed to practice law in Tennessee and in good standing
Outstanding references required
Preferred
Recent experience practicing in the corporate group of an AmLaw200 law firm is strongly preferred
