Help Desk Technician III
GAMA-1 Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced Help Desk Technician III to support professionals, providing advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex hardware, software, and network issues on-site. This position acts as a Tier III escalation point for the help desk team and assists in documenting technical solutions and supporting the implementation of new technologies and procedures to enhance service delivery.

Qualification
Required
Experience as a Help Desk Technician III
Advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution skills for complex hardware, software, and network issues

Experience in documenting technical solutions
Knowledge of maintaining configuration standards
Support for the implementation of new technologies and procedures to enhance service delivery
