Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement (interviews, surveys, workshops) and ensure alignment with project objectives
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement; model current and future workflows using process mapping tools
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and develop specifications, diagrams, and models to guide solution design
Act as liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with IT and development teams to design solutions that meet business goals and technical standards
Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans; validate solutions against requirements and coordinate issue resolution
Support implementation of new systems or processes, including user training and creation of documentation such as manuals and guides
Monitor project progress, manage requirements throughout the lifecycle, and communicate updates to stakeholders and project managers
Gather feedback post-implementation to measure outcomes and recommend process or system enhancements
Research and recommend tools, methods, and best practices to improve requirements gathering, documentation, and solution delivery
Provide guidance to team members and perform other related duties as assigned
Serve as the project manager for initiatives when a dedicated project manager is not assigned, overseeing project planning, coordination, and execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field
3–5 years of experience in business solutions analysis or related role
Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Skilled in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and user acceptance testing
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
Understanding of core organizational applications and basic network concepts
Strong ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage stakeholders effectively
Experience supporting implementation, training, and change management initiatives
