Responsibilities

On a daily basis you will be responsible for providing service and customer support during field and in house visits
You will manage all on site installation, maintenance and test tasks
The ability to diagnose errors or technical problems and identify effective solutions
You will produce timely and detailed service reports and issue certificates of analysis for equipment
Follow company procedures and policies as well as UKAS, ISO, GMP standards on customer sites
You will work closely with the technical team and share information across the organisation
Do you enjoy building relationships with customers? You will improve customer satisfaction, help maximise customer retention whilst providing excellent customer service

Required

Experience with balances and metrology, water systems and centrifuges would be beneficial but extensive training will be given
Field service experience working in the pharmaceutical, biological or chemical industry following GMP or ISO standards or UKAS accredited laboratory in a similar role would be desirable though candidates from other industries will also be considered
Ability to test, troubleshoot and service technical equipment
Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
Ability to work flexibility and efficiently and to adapt quickly to changing work schedules
Willingness to travel with some overnight stays, holding a full driving licence
Strong customer service and communication skills
Right to work in the UK
