Responsibilities
Prepare monthly journal entries as assigned
Prepare monthly variance analysis for month-end close meetings, both P&L and balance sheet analysis
Prepare monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts
Ensure 100% controllership integrity
Ensure finance policies and guidelines are met satisfactorily during review/audit periods
Assist in driving finance/controllership change initiatives through process improvements to gain efficiencies as needed
Support Accounting Leaders with Ad hoc reporting and special projects as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
Highly organized individual who can work independently as well as with cross functional groups
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills required
Strong verbal and written skills along with good interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, primarily Excel including pivots, vlookups and similar functions
Able to manage high volumes of transactions timely and accurately
Preferred
CPA preferred
Public accounting/auditing experience a plus
Oracle Financials experience a plus
