Responsibilities

Provides services designed to assist with application of computer technology to solve clinical, financial, and patient data problems of the organization
Applications analysts are technical experts in the operation configuration, customization and/or development of solutions
Work closely with clients to analyze activities in order to best meet business needs
Developing, testing and documenting computer programs for special requirements and to customize portions of purchased package
Implementing/installing new programs/systems
Providing support to user departments on a wide variety of systems
Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others

Qualification

Epic Willow certificationSystems AnalysisComputer ProgrammingInformation SystemsCustomer service skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study
OR Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study plus 2 years experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming related field
OR 4 years of experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming related field

Preferred

Epic Willow Ambulatory or Inpatient certification or experience preferred
Epic Willow Inventory knowledge is a valuable plus
