Business Development Executive
Interactive Resources is seeking an experienced Staffing Sales / Business Development Executive to drive new business through established industry relationships. This remote role is focused on generating job orders and project opportunities while expanding long-term client partnerships nationwide.

Leverage an existing network to develop and grow a book of staffing business
Sell contract, contract-to-hire, and project-based staffing solutions
Secure MSAs and expand strategic client relationships
Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close
Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions
Engage decision-makers, HR leaders, and hiring managers as a trusted advisor
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of professional staffing sales experience
Proven success in generating revenue through active client relationships
Experience negotiating rates, terms, and staffing agreements
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
