Under the guidance of a Lead Teacher and School Director, interns will gain classroom leadership experience, assist with curriculum planning, and support child development in a licensed childcare setting.

Responsibilities
Support daily programming and developmental activities for children
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Assist with documentation, family communication, and classroom organization
Collaborate with staff and participate in training and mentorship sessions
Uphold COA's values, policies, and licensing standards
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in an Early Childhood Education or related college program
Strong interest in child development and classroom leadership
Must be at least 18 years old
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to commit to full-time schedule with flexibility for school needs
Completion of background checks and health screenings required
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
