Oracle HCM - Compensation Lead (Project Mgr)
PeopleCaddie is a Fortune 500 company seeking a Compensation Transformation Lead to manage the Compensation Workstream within a large-scale Oracle HCM implementation. This role involves leading project planning, coordination, and delivery to ensure alignment with HR transformation objectives.

Responsibilities
Lead the Compensation workstream, maintaining the project plan, status reporting, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of key milestones
Ensure the compensation plan aligns with program objectives, interdependencies, and governance processes
Represent the Compensation workstream at program meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation actions
Identify and coordinate interdependencies with other workstreams (Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.)
Monitor and report on KPIs and success metrics for compensation transformation initiatives
Drive testing, implementation, and post-go-live reviews of the Compensation module and related policy changes
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR transformation, with significant project/program management experience
Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives in multi-workstream environments
Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, design, governance, and compliance
Experience with HR technology and Compensation administration platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging market data and internal metrics
US CITIZEN OR GREENCARD HOLDER
Bachelor's Degree required
