Responsibilities

Manage daily transaction processing and reporting activities for assigned outsourced client relationships
Provide ongoing support to client institution personnel in routine operations and financial workflows
Resolve complex issues through thorough research and effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners
Ensure high-quality service delivery by executing daily operational tasks with accuracy and timeliness
May be responsible for selecting, developing, and evaluating team members to maintain efficient operations
May contribute to setting operational goals, developing work plans, and delegating assignments to meet business objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
Typically, at least 4 years of financial services industry experience in managing institutional assets, and one or more years of leadership responsibility
Proven knowledge and experience in structured finance, with a strong preference for expertise in CLOs/CDOs, syndicated loans, corporate trust securities, and trust system platforms
Hands-on experience in key operational areas including cash reconciliations, waterfall calculations, compliance testing, financial transaction processing, data analysis, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of management, internal teams, and external clients
