Apply clinical and scientific research expertise to create high-quality, challenging problems for AI model training
Design domain-specific, real-world research tasks that improve the reasoning capabilities of large language models
Develop structured evaluation rubrics to assess AI agent performance
Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team of subject matter experts
Review and refine research-oriented outputs for accuracy, depth, and clarity
Qualification
Required
PhD in a STEM or clinical research–related field from a recognized institution
Experience working with medical or scientific databases such as ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, FDA, or CDC resources
Professional research background in academia, pharmaceutical, or healthcare settings
Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in English
Currently based in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
