Be the first line of support for employees — helping them stay productive

Deploy, configure, and maintain PCs and endpoints

Diagnose hardware issues and perform break/fix repairs

Troubleshoot system and software challenges

Use light scripting to automate routine tasks

Build your skillset with cross-training in field operations, including: Network infrastructure, IP camera systems

Travel about 20% to support remote sites and field teams
