Planning & Development Project Manager (28075)
Ampla Health provides high quality, comprehensive community health care that is accessible to all. The Planning & Development Project Manager provides project coordination and administrative support to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of departmental projects.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics in collaboration with leadership
Develop and maintain detailed project work plans, schedules, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, facilitate stakeholder communication, and prepare progress reports
Monitor project progress, quality standards, and budget performance
Support RFP processes and coordinate consultants and vendors as needed
Maintain accurate project records, financial tracking, and reporting
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Provide cross-functional administrative support, including HRSA systems and contract-related work
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field is required, with increased responsibility in project coordination/management experience
Proven experience in managing complex projects up to completion is required
Knowledge of project management, timelines, deadlines, and follow-through on finished projects
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating stakeholders, meetings, and reporting
Proficiency in the use of computers for Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project Management
Preferred
Experience in project management, administration, or healthcare operations preferred
Knowledge of healthcare management principles preferred
