Responsibilities

Act as a SAP solution architect accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities specific to Production Planning and Materials Management functions
Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of the SAP PP function, including managing KPMG and client personnel throughout the full lifecycle of an implementation while leveraging leading-practice business process knowledge and proficiency for PP and applying the client's business requirements
Design and configure SAP S4/HANA PP functionality and provide guidance to offshore teams for any required development related to the PP functions
Support business development activities such as opportunity identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines, service networks, or industries
Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our KPMG SAP implementation methodologies and intellectual capital by writing whitepapers or performing research in support of SAP PP capabilities
Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management

Required

Minimum eight years of recent SAP experience with at least four years focused on SAP S/4 HANA, including at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations in the area of Production Planning; prior consulting experience with a Big Four accounting firm preferred; experience in supporting pre-sales activities preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field
Expertise in SAP Production Planning processes as well as integration with SD and MM; proven implementation experience with SAP Greenfield and Selective Data Transition approaches
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships
Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's management team
Excellent SAP configuration skills along with SAP Activate experience
Travel may be up to 75%
