Responsibilities

Collaborate on projects that directly impact business operations

Assist in tracking projects and activities

Help create and maintain project documentation

Support the development of dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics and KPIs

Participate in process improvement initiatives

Learn from and collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams to implement business solutions

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements

Assist with User Acceptance Testing and report defects

Design and document test cases; execute test plans for functional, regression, and system testing

Required

Enrolled and actively attending an accredited college or university working towards a degree in an Information Technology or Business related field

Highly motivated with strong customer service and communication skills

A self-starter who is naturally curious and eager to learn new tools while contributing to business projects

Able to follow direction, work independently, and work as a collaborative team member

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred

Preferably a junior or senior working toward a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; interest in project management and process improvement
