Responsibilities
Portfolio Management Manage a book of business consisting of mid-market and enterprise accounts using Emerging Threats products
Retention & Renewals Proactively manage contract renewals, engaging customers 90 days in advance to ensure 95%+ retention rates
Expansion (Upsell/Cross-sell) Identify white space within existing accounts. Drive upgrades to premium feeds, additional sensor deployments, or complementary security modules to increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)
QBRs & Value Selling Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI, highlight threats blocked, and align our roadmap with the customer’s security strategy
Churn Mitigation Identify "at-risk" accounts early through usage analytics and engagement scoring; implement "get well" plans immediately
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in Cybersecurity or deeply technical SaaS
Proven track record of carrying and exceeding a renewal and expansion quota
Ability to discuss Threat Intelligence, IDS/IPS, and firewall integrations with security engineers and CISOs
Strong capability to navigate large organizations and build multi-threaded relationships (from Analyst to CISO)
