This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining effective communication with clients and on-site teams.

Responsibilities
Coordinate hand-off of accurate estimates to the Detailing department while communicating any project specific instructions
Communicate submittal progress with the customers and identify any potential impact on the schedule
Coordinate pricing and detailing of any change orders and communicate any timeline impact to the customer, and follow up for change order acceptance
Release all approved and reviewed submittals to procurement department with any special instructions or directions
Communicate with the shipping/logistics team to ensure site deliveries are successful and on-time
Conduct routine site visits to establish relationships and communicate effectively with on-site teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as a Project Manager working within Div 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, and Hardware
Ability to travel throughout the local area
Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
Preferred
Experience with Bluebeam, Procure, MS Office Suite, and Comsense are all highly preferred
