Responsibilities

Develop and execute GTM positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for key Paychex products and services initiatives. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective rollouts
Curate strategic and effective communications and communication plans
Leverage insights and feedback from early adopter or controlled initiatives to refine product and service positioning and messaging as well as inform the product and service roadmap and strategy
Collaborate on strategies for product awareness, product training, and product adoption trainings or webinars - both internal and external
Oversee product update communications and strategy assigned product and service initiatives

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Required
5 years of experience in Marketing B2C or B2B brands in a fast-paced, agile environment
4 years of experience in Product marketing role involving responsibility for development of audience segmentation, insights, and GTM strategy
