Responsibilities
Assist the Federal Contracts and Subcontracts teams and the public sector teams with contract administration from cradle to grave including preparing and reviewing documents like Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Requests for Proposal (RFP)
Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks
Participate in negotiations with existing or prospective clients to establish terms and conditions for assigned contracts
Effectively communicate issues and propose solution(s) for contractual challenges
Participate in proposal preparation as a member of the team with special emphasis on reviewing contract terms for risks and compliance
Process contract awards, modifications, and close out of US Government contracts and subcontracts with external and internal customers
Monitor and track upcoming contractual actions and deadlines
Maintain contractual documentation for applicable Guidehouse agreements in various internal databases

Required
Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
Minimum Degree Status Required: Graduating with an undergraduate or advanced degree between December 2026 and Spring 2027
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the country

Preferred
Experience working in teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Possesses strong oral and written communication skills
Heightened attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with an interest in learning more about the legal and/or contracts administration field
