Responsibilities

Provide support and assistance to the overall underwriting function through customer service, maintaining policy/bonds and procedures, processing underwriting transactions, data research and analysis, and other various tasks, as needed

Assist underwriters in carrying out their essential duties and responsibilities to enhance the overall performance of the division through utilization of systems and guidelines

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with underwriters, customers and business partners to provide high quality service to clients

Issue renewals, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, occasionally policy/bonds and related activities within established service standards

Interact with brokers to assist with follow up for underlying information, addressing account inquiries, process appointments as well as provide supplies

Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
