Bowery Residents' Committee is committed to helping New Yorkers experiencing homelessness reclaim their lives. They are seeking an Office Manager to supervise staff, provide administrative support, and manage various clerical functions to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Supervise assigned staff; provide administrative support for program staff; develop and maintain filing; log in resident checks; input client statistics in database; order supplies, complete all vouchers and responsible for completing all funding reports; perform clerical functions including reception and word processing as needed and related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED required
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, word processing and typing skills
Ability to use independent judgment
Basic computer literacy required
Preferred
Vaccination preferred but not required
