Outside Residential Sales Representative-Selling to Homeowners & Builders
DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organization offering a complete range of door and door related products. They are seeking an experienced Outside Residential Sales Representative who will specialize in building relationships and selling door products to homeowners and builders in the Madison/Huntsville area.

Responsibilities
Design customized door solutions
Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily
Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software
Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customer’s needs, and sell technical and mechanical good and services
Build solid, long-lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory
Provides timely and accurate estimates and proposals
Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years outside selling experience to homeowners and general contractors
Mechanical aptitude (Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable)
Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers
Must possess valid driver's license
Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
