Responsibilities
Partner with leading life sciences organisations to understand their hiring needs in the Boston and U.S. markets
Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth
Proactively approach and engage passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn and industry networks
Consistently work towards exceeding both individual and team performance targets
Develop a strong network of professionals and decision-makers within the life sciences sector
Qualification
Required
Have 2-3 years of recruitment experience (ideally within the Life Sciences sector)
Thrive in a busy, fast-moving, and target-oriented environment
Demonstrate strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Communicate clearly and build lasting relationships
Be positive, resilient, and offer a proactive approach
