Responsibilities
Manage the Product Data Hub (PDH) project: Lead the end-to-end execution of this primary cross-functional initiative with defined timelines, deliverables, and diverse stakeholders to ensure successful rollout
Serve as a bridge between IT and Business by translating complex technical requirements into a clear and actionable adoption plan for new users
Create and implement the comprehensive change management plan for the PDH rollout, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to a centralized data system
Identify and coordinate with key stakeholders to define responsibilities and business processes to effectively execute the change management plan
Lead critical awareness conversations and present status updates to senior leadership with confidence and clarity
Coordinate training sessions and materials by partnering with IT and subject matter experts to ensure users are prepared for new tools and strategies
Assist in developing and executing the strategy for AI adoption across the sales organization, focusing on tools like Gemini to enhance productivity
Evaluate emerging sales technologies and pilot new AI workflows to ensure the organization remains at the cutting edge of efficiency
Support the Sales Enablement team by creating engaging training materials, one-pagers, playbooks, and presentation decks
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic sales enablement programs and initiatives
Participate in cross-functional projects focused on sales enablement and process improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in an operational-focused role such as Sales/Business Operations, Sales Enablement, Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related strategic team
Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
