Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing
Develop tailored sourcing strategies for a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill and specialized positions
Proactively build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing market insights, candidate feedback, and hiring recommendations
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
Act as an ambassador for the organization’s employer brand in all candidate interactions
Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
Utilize recruiting metrics and data to manage requisitions effectively and identify opportunities for improvement
Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and best practices
Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of candidate activity within the ATS
Ensure recruiting activities align with employment laws, internal policies, and equitable hiring practices
Stay informed on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
5+ yrs or progressive experience in recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
Proven ability to independently manage complex requisitions and deliver results
Strong sourcing expertise and experience recruiting across multiple functions and role types
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Data-informed mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide execution
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing competing priorities

Preferred
