Responsibilities

Senior Project Manager responsible for collaborating and managing design teams in all aspects of a given project including stormwater, grading and full utilities design to develop detailed construction plans
Master of modeling of both utilities and drainage systems
Responsible to review and oversee all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets
Senior Project Manager responsible for client relationship management and marketing for new services
Responsible to prepare scope and fee determinations for proposed engineering services
Effectively manage projects from conception through construction completion
Attend field meetings with contractors and clients

B.S. in Civil EngineeringAlabama PEAutoCADWater GemsSewer GemsICPRClient interactionTechnical expertiseCommunication skillsTeamwork

Required

B.S. in Civil Engineering is required
Alabama PE required
10+ years of progressive experience in the design and construction of land development projects
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
Ability to effectively work and interact with clients, maintain project budgets and schedules
Ability to provide technical expertise to design team
Experience with AutoCAD or Microstation and Microsoft office is required
Experience and proficient with Water Gems, Sewer Gems, and ICPR

Preferred

Background in the higher education and/or energy market is a plus
