Responsibilities

Provide highest level of talent consultation within a specific region, service line or national practice on a rotation basis while leading change initiatives around HR programs and processes

Work closely with business leadership and Talent team colleagues to consult, advise and implement people programs and processes

High quality execution of significant HR processes including compensation, employee relations, performance management and career development

Serve as the tactical front-line support to customer groups

Provide strategic support to functional leadership on people initiatives

Utilize data analytics to provide insight on headcount, salaries and budgets

Ability and confidence to influence professionals at all levels of the organization
