They are seeking a Commercial Estimator & Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction estimating through execution and close-out.

Responsibilities
Produce detailed commercial cost estimates (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors)
Review construction drawings, specs, and franchise-specific requirements
Perform material takeoffs
Solicit and negotiate with subs and vendors
Lead preconstruction coordination (scope, schedule, permitting)
Build and manage project schedules and procurement plans
Monitor and track material deliveries, change orders, and RFIs
Visit job sites for quality control, safety, and progress reporting
Maintain budget tracking, issue progress reports, and manage close-out documentation
Communicate with clients, franchise reps, subcontractors, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of combined commercial estimating and project management experience
Strong takeoff, budgeting, and schedule-management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with construction software (JobTread experience a plus)
Comfortable working both in the office and on job sites
Preferred
Experience in tenant fit-outs, franchise build-outs, or light commercial construction highly preferred
