HR Operations & Compliance Coordinator (Part-Time)
Swim Digital Group is seeking a part-time HR Operations & Compliance Coordinator to manage administrative and compliance-related HR functions. This role involves payroll processing, benefits administration, employee recordkeeping, and compliance tracking, while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact with external HR vendors for:
Payroll processing
Benefits administration
401(k) coordination
Ensure payroll data is accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule
Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and annual renewal cycles
Support vendor audits or data requests as needed
Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee files
Ensure all required employment documentation is completed, stored securely, and compliant with internal policies
Manage new hire and termination documentation, including system access coordination and required notices
Track employee status changes and ensure updates are reflected across HR systems
Track and support compliance with employment documentation requirements (federal, state, and internal)
Assist in maintaining HR policies, forms, and handbooks in coordination with leadership and vendors
Monitor required filings, postings, and documentation timelines
Support leadership in audit readiness related to HR records and processes
Coordinate administrative onboarding tasks, including:
New hire paperwork
Payroll and benefits setup
Systems access coordination
Support offboarding administration to ensure proper documentation, benefits transitions, and system updates are completed
Document and maintain HR processes and workflows
Identify opportunities to streamline HR administration and improve consistency
Support the implementation of updated HR tools, systems, or vendor processes as needed
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or people operations
Experience coordinating payroll, benefits, and HR vendors
Working knowledge of employment documentation and compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Ability to work independently and manage recurring deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting small or professional services organizations
Familiarity with HRIS, payroll platforms, and benefits administration systems
Strong organizational and documentation skills
