The role involves architecting the global network infrastructure strategy and leading enterprise-wide network transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
Architect and oversee the global network infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience
Lead enterprise-wide network transformation initiatives (e.g., SD-WAN, cloud networking, zero-trust architecture)
Serve as the highest escalation point for complex network incidents and performance issues
Define and enforce global network standards, policies, and best practices
Collaborate with senior IT leadership to align network capabilities with business goals
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements
Represent the network engineering function in audits, vendor negotiations, and executive briefings
Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and leading proof-of-concept initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in a network engineer position
Wide understanding of global corporate technologies: Network Protocols (STP, ARP, DHCP, DNS and DNS management, IPSec); Geo-location technologies; Switching; Routing and Routers technologies (Peplinks); Web Proxy management; Fortinet firewalls; SSLVPN remote gateway technologies; WAN optimization; Load Balancers; Wifi Technologies
Previous working experience as a network specialist from an international company
Global projects management experience
Good time management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Team player with sense of urgency and respect of deadlines
Process oriented person
Preferred
Knowledge in the following technologies is a plus: Cisco VoIP, Cisco Nexus vPC, Microsoft Azure, SDWan
Fluent English language skills, any other language is a plus
