Partner Account Representative
IT By Design is a leader in the MSP industry, dedicated to solving real problems and building long-term partnerships. They are seeking a Partner Account Representative to manage the full sales cycle, focusing on SMB and mid-market customers across the U.S. and offering a comprehensive suite of IT solutions.
Responsibilities
Own your book of business – Prospect, pitch, close, and grow assigned accounts
Sell end-to-end IT solutions that include 24x7 Helpdesk, Cybersecurity, SaaS, and Staffing
Build trust with business owners, CIOs, and C-suite stakeholders
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client success
Represent ITBD at events, virtual demos, and on-site visits (travel ~1x/month)
Meet and exceed sales targets with uncapped earning potential
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B sales experience with full-cycle ownership
Background in IT, MSPs, Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Staffing preferred
Proven record of consultative/solution selling
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Confident communicator — able to pitch both tech and business value
Driven, accountable, and coachable with a growth mindset
Preferred
Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting
Familiarity with technical staffing or outsourced services
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
