Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager

Orlando Food Sales Inc. is a family-owned company specializing in importing and distributing Italy’s finest food products. They are seeking an experienced Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with customers and industry partners in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Responsibilities

Daily visits and present Orlando Foods products to end users
Develop deep expertise in our product offerings, mastering key selling points and strategically applying that knowledge to drive sales growth with both new and existing customers
Manage and grow an established book of business, while identifying new sales opportunities
Provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with our HQ team on marketing, strategy, and administrative needs
Conduct in-person visits with distributors, restaurateurs, and retailers—independently or alongside our Corporate Chef or leadership team
Lead regional promotional efforts and coordinate local events or demos
Distribute marketing materials and product samples to drive interest and engagement
Prepare territory sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting activities
Log activities, manage pipelines, and track performance using HubSpot CRM
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Guide distributor partners on company policies and SOPs
Prepare sales projections / budgeting in collaboration with manager

Required

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of sales experience
3+ years in the food industry
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
1+ year of account management or sales optimization experience
Passion for food, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently

Preferred

Be a self-starter with proven success in foodservice or related sales
Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills
Have the ability to develop and maintain lasting customer and distributor partnerships
Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a multi-state territory
Ability to travel
