Clinical Site Services (CSSi) is a Patient Recruitment Services organization seeking a highly organized, data-driven and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager who is looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growth-driven, entrepreneurial, private-equity-backed organization. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving patient recruitment project success by effectively planning, executing, and evaluating all project activities, overseeing assigned client accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

Lead project management activities for all assigned patient recruitment projects, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met

Oversee outcomes and performance across all projects within assigned client accounts

Develop a deep understanding of each client’s organizational structure, approval pathways, communication style, and operational preferences—and ensure the project team is informed and aligned

Support and guide project managers working on assigned account projects, which may include leading critical client calls, directing task execution to optimize recruitment outcomes, and escalating project needs or issues internally or externally as appropriate

Partner with the sales team on proposals, bid defenses, and other pre‑award activities for assigned accounts

Prepare and deliver monthly reporting on all active projects within assigned accounts, including performance metrics, status updates, and insights for both internal teams and clients

Serve as the primary lead, in collaboration with sales, on client redirection efforts, major contract modifications, and high‑level presentations related to active projects on assigned accounts

Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success and team operations

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

4+ years of project management experience

Experience with Patient Recruitment/ Clinical Research/ Healthcare

Proven ability to manage client expectations, resolve challenges, and deliver successful project outcomes, as evidenced by positive client feedback and achievement of project goals

Experience and proficiency in budget development and tracking

Experience and proficiency in coaching and mentoring

Experience and proficiency in project management practices

Experience with process improvement initiatives

Experience with strategic planning

Commitment to self‑development and continuous learning

Travel Requirements: 5 – 10%
