Responsibilities

10+ years of commercial property claims experience – We need someone who can handle complex losses independently from day one

Proven tenure and stability – We value career longevity and are building a team for the long term, not just filling a seat

Large loss expertise – Experience with $1M+ commercial property claims, ideally including catastrophe, large commercial risks, or specialty property classes

Lloyd's or wholesale market background preferred – Familiarity with subscription market claims, manuscript policies, or specialty insurance is a significant plus

Strong technical skills and judgment – Ability to analyze complex coverage issues, manage experts/adjusters, and negotiate sophisticated claims with minimal supervision
