Analyst, Clinical Training and Adoption

DaVita Kidney Care is seeking an Analyst for Clinical Training and Adoption to enhance clinical implementation capabilities. The role involves supporting post-launch reporting, resource management, and developing insights to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain recurring reports that track initiative adoption, enrollment, and training completion
Partner with initiative leads and reporting teams to define success metrics and ensure consistent measurement
Develop dashboards and visualizations for initiative evaluation and executive decision-making
Translate data into clear summaries and insights for clinical and operational stakeholders
Maintain and evolve the clinical library of tools, templates, and training materials to support initiative deployment
Organize and update resources to ensure usability, relevance, and alignment with initiative goals
Collaborate with education, operations, and product teams to curate and improve clinical resources
Support the creation of data-driven visuals and communications for leadership updates
Participate in deployment planning and post-launch evaluations to ensure reporting and resources meet field needs
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
1–2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, healthcare operations, or content management (internships or project experience welcome) or Master's degree in related field
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, especially in translating data into insights
Comfortable supporting recurring reporting and executive visibility

Preferred

Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Experience managing shared resources or content libraries
