Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on MHE such as forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, and aerial lifts
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing effective solutions
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
Maintain accurate service records, documenting repairs and parts usage
Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment
Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of other facility equipment as needed
Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve efficiency and minimize operational disruptions

Required

Strong mechanical aptitude
Experience with hydraulic systems
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in cold storage environments
Ability to operate tools/equipment safely

Preferred

Previous experience in forklift maintenance, automotive, diesel, or industrial maintenance preferred
OSHA, forklift certification, or related technical training is a plus
