Responsibilities
Prospect & Network: Identify, target, and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry events
Build Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term client relationships built on trust and value
Present Solutions: Introduce and tailor ISNY’s IT and cybersecurity services to meet client needs
Close Deals: Drive the full sales cycle—from first meeting to contract signature—while delivering exceptional client experiences
Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualification
Required
Proven Sales Success: Experience in outside sales; MSP or IT industry experience strongly preferred
Exceptional Communicator: Confident, persuasive, and skilled at building rapport with decision-makers
Relationship Builder: Naturally connects with clients and understands their business challenges
Self-Motivated: Takes initiative, works independently, and thrives in a performance-driven environment
Team-Oriented: Collaborates effectively with internal technical and support teams to deliver results

MSP or IT industry experience strongly preferred
