Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to a senior director, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Manage the director’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Screen and respond to incoming calls, messages, and mail, resolving routine matters independently
Organize, prioritize, and synthesize information; prepare reports, summaries, and briefing materials for leadership review
Draft, revise, and distribute correspondence on behalf of the director
Create, maintain, and reconcile spreadsheets and reports to support informed decision-making
Act in alignment with company values, policies, and standards of professional conduct
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of administrative or related experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Analytical mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
General understanding of business operations, policies, and organizational structure
Preferred
associate degree or administrative certification
