Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for optimizing the vehicle management platform across global markets
Design and deliver scalable, innovative solutions that simplify complex workflows through automation, AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and self-serve enterprise tools
Transform operational challenges into product features that empower internal teams and elevate the end-to-end customer experience
Write clear product requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, and partner with engineering and design to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions at speed
Leverage data, experimentation, and feedback to measure impact and continuously refine the platform for speed, accuracy, and conversion
Collaborate across functions and regions to adapt workflows to diverse market needs while maintaining simplicity, scalability, and consistency
Qualification
Required
Product management experience building internal enterprise tools that drive measurable impact on customer outcomes, ideally in allocation / optimization systems, supply chain, or automotive environments
Strong background in user experience design with a track record of simplifying and scaling complex systems for internal users and customer-facing impact
Experience managing products that connect physical operations with digital systems, balancing automation with human decision-making
Data-driven mindset with sharp analytical skills and a bias for experimentation and measurable outcomes
Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities to align diverse teams around ambitious goals
A customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
