Construction
Responsibilities
Review plan sets and determine entire scope of work
Perform takeoff and submit proposal
Follow up on proposals
Review contract prior to submitting for execution
Prepare and submit proposal package
Prepare and deliver submittal package
Coordinate material order/delivery
Coordinate installation
Communicate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, install crews, etc
Qualification
Required
Experience in construction field as a superintendent, project manager or estimator
Experience navigating bid documents including blueprints, specifications, preliminary schedules, etc
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Must be well versed in using computers, tablets, smart phones, etc
Must be professional and presentable when interacting with customers or vendors
Must be a positive team player
Must be willing to learn
Must be willing to do things differently than in previous positions
